Service and support are delivered by Phone 10:00AM - 5:00PM (EST) Mon-Friday, and 10:00AM - 5:00PM (EST) on Saturday. E-mail support on a 24 hr basis and by phone callback. Electronic messages are received regularly and network monitoring is done on an hourly basis.
Off hours support is best done by e-mail however where this is not possible or is unworkable electronic phone massaging is picked up throughout the weekend and evening hours. Please note instructions on how to structure support requests for best results below.
